The Flour Mill, Summer Hill

The Flour Mill, Summer Hill is a 4,200m² multi-level apartment recladding project delivered in partnership with Richard Crookes Constructions. The existing structure was transformed using a high-density fibre cement Equitone façade system, with a custom-designed framing solution developed to successfully achieve the building’s curved architectural form.
