Established in 2011, we provide complete façade and remediation services delivered in-house from early technical advice and design coordination through to installation, compliance management and project completion. Our integrated approach ensures façade upgrades, recladding and broader remedial works are managed holistically and executed to the highest standard.
Our strength lies in our building and construction background. Unlike many façade contractors, we hold a current builder’s licence, enabling us to correctly advise, programme manage and deliver façade and building remediation works in line with Australian standards and compliance requirements.

Brendan Minkus
Joint Managing Director
With over 19 years of construction industry experience, Brendan has been involved in every stage of facade and cladding project delivery, from architectural concept and cost planning through to installation and handover. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Brendan co-founded Aesthetic Building and Facades in 2011 to create a specialist, end-to-end facade construction business built on quality, accountability and growth.
