Aesthetic Building & Facades completed the commercial awning cladding remediation at 7–9 Kent Road and 1–2 Muller Lane, Mascot, acting as Head Contractor. Delivered in partnership with the strata client and AED Group as consultant, the project involved a full awning reclad to achieve fire order compliance while enhancing safety, performance and long-term durability. The works were completed with a strong focus on precision, compliance and risk mitigation.
