Aesthetic Building & Facades is acting as Head Contractor on the remediation project at 8 Windmill Street, Millers Point, delivered in collaboration with Delivr Group on the client side. The active project involves the removal and replacement of non-compliant façade elements to meet Council Fire Order requirements, with structural B-class hoarding in place to ensure site safety. The works will deliver a compliant, durable façade upgrade while preserving the integrity of the existing building.
