Aesthetic Building & Facades, in partnership with SHAPE Australia, completed the recladding of two buildings in St Leonards, removing 4,500 sqm of non-compliant cladding and insulation and installing new solid aluminium panels with eco-wool insulation in a refreshed colour scheme. Despite COVID-19 challenges, trade shortages and extreme weather, the team delivered a safe, compliant and high-quality outcome across both buildings.
