1-3 Bigge Street Apartments, Warwick Farm

The recladding project at 1–3 Bigge Street, Warwick Farm demonstrates how considered façade design can revitalise existing buildings. Delivered in partnership with RM Watson, the project transformed the exterior through the use of bold colour and durable materials, creating a distinctive identity while supporting long-term performance. It’s a strong example of balancing compliance, durability and design intent to enhance the surrounding streetscape.
