Replacement of all combustible ACP cladding to walls, balconies and soffits, Replacement of non-compliant primary & secondary framing structures to roof dormer windows in accordance with the BCA and NCC requirements and current Australian Standards. The outcome is an engaging urban environment that honors the distinct spirit of the locale and addresses the needs of its occupants. Part of successful outcome under the NSW ‘Project Remediate Scheme’, focusing on the improvement of fire rating of facades and finishes in buildings.
About the Project:
As a Registered and Approved Head Contractor under the NSW Government ‘Project Remediate’ Scheme, Aesthetic Building & Facades was awarded the role of Head Remediation Contractor tasked to deliver the remediation works in accordance with the project contract, program and construction drawings and specifications.
